Citroen DS3 MK1 electric steering rack

The Citroen DS 3 introduced in 2009 used an electric steering rack, this steering rack can suffer from electrical failures and mechanical failures and also from excessive noise, loss of power steering and sometimes there will be a knocking noise from the steering rack as it passes through the range of motion this can sometimes be caused by water ingress into the steering rack, electrical failure can be due to internal electronic components breaking down. If you have any of these failures we would reccommend that you replace the steering rack.
