Orders    

We are currently dispatching items within 72 hours from time of order, there may be some delays with deliveries and collections due to the high volume of parcels DPD are experiencing. We appreciate your patience during this time.

Please ensure you provided us with your registration number at the checkout. Once an order is placed, we aim to dispatch your item within 72 hours. We also ask for you to provide a mobile telephone number for the use of the courier if they need to contact you for any matters concerning the delivery. Goods are dispatched Monday to Friday, we will guarantee a next day delivery from the date of dispatch. We also guarantee a 24-hour dispatch! Anything ordered after business hours on a Friday and until Sunday will be dispatched next working day i.e. Monday.

 

Carriage Costs

UK Standard Delivery goods will be dispatched within 24 hours

Additional costs of £10.00 for Zone 1 postcodes: IOW this may be 48hour delivery service

Additional costs of £20.00 for Zone 2 postcodes: PH, AB, KW, IV, FK, PA & BT this may be 48hour delivery service

Additional costs of £30.00 for Zone 3 postcodes: HS, ZE this may be 48hour delivery service

Additional costs of £40.00 for Zone 4: R.O.I, IOM this may be 72hour delivery service

Additional costs of £75.00 for Zone 5: CHANNEL ISLANDS this may be 72hour delivery service

One Way carriage only applies to units with no exchange.

AS OF JANUARY 2021 ANY SALES TO ROI WILL HAVE TO

RETURN THEIR EXCHANGE UNIT THEMSELVES TO

ENSURE THE WARRANTY. AS WE CAN NO LONGER 

COLLECT DUE TO BREXIT. THERE WILL BE A

SURCHARGE ON £100 MINIMUM ON TOP OF THE COST

OF THE UNITS.

Exchange Basis

All of our units are supplied on an exchange basis unless otherwise stated, and need to be returned within 14 days. Return carriage is included in all of the carriage options please see below for the one which applies to yourself

If you are unable to return the old unit to us please telephone before proceeding with your order.

The Warranty will be void on failure to return unit. If a unit is not returned to us you will face a surcharge, this will be subject to the cost of the unit.

 

Returns 

We have a 14 Day Returns Policy. All parts supplied by Western Power Steering have a 14 day returns policy. Faulty parts are covered by our warranty policy. If there's a problem with a part you must notify us within the 14 days from the date of receipt. Any parts that you wish to return will be collected by us once you have contacted us on 01179602906. We will exchange it FREE of charge or offer a refund of the original purchase price (less postage), Items must be in a re-saleable condition and not have been fitted or tampered with in any way.

 

Warranty

All of our units carry a minimum of 1-year warranty please view specific item for the length of warranty

The warranty is specific to the purchaser

The warranty is limited to the cost of replacement parts only an does not cover labour, fitting or diagnostic testing.
