Volkswagen Amarok Non servotronic steering rack

This is a reconditioned hydraulic steering rack for the Volkswagen Amarok. The Volkswagen Amarok first introduced in 2010 uses a hydraulic steering rack. The steering rack used on the Amarok can fail in a number of ways, often there is wear on the internal seals used and this causes the steering rack to leak fluid from the gaitors and the top pinion seal. They can also make a knocking noise through the centre of the rack as the steering wheel is turned. If you have either of these faults we would recommend that you replace your steering rack.
