The Seat Leon GENERATION 4 steering rack has been completely disassembled, cleaned and examined for wear and breakage. Worn out, missing or non-functioning components have been replaced with new or rebuilt components. It is the functional equivalent of a new part and is virtually indistinguishable from a new part.

Coding adaptations

This unit may require additional coding when it is fitted to the vehicle.

Depending on the particular options present on a customer’s vehicle, that rely on a specific coding adaptation, it may require the long string coding in the EPS control module to be copied into the replacement rack that we supply. These coding adaptations cannot be carried out on the bench by us and can only be performed when the electric power steering rack is connected to a physical vehicle.
